Being yourself at all the times is known as casual... i.e. if you r a straight forward person, your attitude must be straight forward unless or until you are wrong... but you should not lose your originality at any cost.. but you shouldn be adament in changing your charecter for good cause..
what is the way to be casual ?
Its simple be cool always... thats nothing should be consider as a problem in life... everything should be taken as a expected ones even when you r not expecting... so expecting nothing is everything in casualness...
